Scope of the service

Mokaair helps people discover travel ideas, compare travel information, manage itineraries and share experiences. Available features and packages are those currently offered by the website. Operator details, contact information, eligible users, governing rules and dispute arrangements appear in the confirmed information on this page.

Account security and responsible use

Provide usable account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, send unwanted messages or attempt to access information without authorization. If you discover unauthorized account use, contact the operator through the stated channel promptly.

Travel information, external services and AI

Prices, availability, flights and venue rules can change. Confirm important details with the actual provider before travelling or paying. Read the provider's terms when following links to booking, ticketing or other external websites. Mokaair's comparisons and planning content do not replace an actual third-party order or contract.

AI planning, translation, transport estimates and traveller contributions can be incomplete or incorrect. Check them against your needs. Interpret pet-friendly information by species, conditions and verification date: unknown does not mean permitted. Confirm a venue's latest rules before visiting.

Usage credits and packages

Metered features use the effective cost settings when an operation starts; the interface displays the required credits or a free status. New settings do not retroactively rewrite existing reservations or historical ledger records. A package is purchasable only when an actual purchase flow is available. Displaying a package does not mean payment or issuance has occurred.

Community content, moderation and complaints

Before uploading or publishing, make sure you have the right to use the content and images and avoid exposing another person's private or sensitive information. Do not publish infringing, fraudulent, harassing or otherwise prohibited material. Posts, comments and account interactions may be restricted under moderation rules. Questions about a decision can be raised through the stated contact channel.

You can preview a public itinerary and choose whether others may copy it. Editing a private itinerary does not automatically change its public version. Withdrawing a public version does not recall private copies that others were previously allowed to create.

Features may change because of maintenance, provider availability or security needs. Consult the confirmed information on this page and in the privacy policy for specific user-rights, retention, governing-law and dispute arrangements. Check the displayed version and effective date when reading an update.

Taiwan. Some service providers — cloud storage, maps, travel data, AI itinerary planning, email delivery and usage analytics — may process data outside Taiwan.

support@mokaair.com Write to this address for access, correction, deletion or any other request about your information, describing what you are asking for. Identity may need to be confirmed to protect the account; never include your password or unnecessary sensitive details.

Data retention and deletion

Raw usage-analytics events are kept for 90 days and daily rollups for 25 months. A signed-in session lasts at most 30 days. Password-reset and account-deletion links expire after 30 minutes. Everything else — search criteria, itineraries, saved items, price-alert settings, community content, partner-link clicks — has no fixed period and is kept until you delete your account. Deleting the account immediately revokes sign-in and hides public content, after which background processes clear personal information and images. What remains: the account record itself, with its email replaced by a code that cannot be contacted; usage balances and ledger records kept to reconcile accounting, which still carry that account reference; messages already delivered to the other participant; and audit records of administrative actions. Backups are not erased immediately.

Applicable law and dispute handling

This policy and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). No court is designated in advance; jurisdiction over any dispute follows the Republic of China Code of Civil Procedure.
